When you contact Zero Degree Design via our website forms, direct phone calls, or WhatsApp, we collect information necessary to design your space. This includes: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, property location (city and state), property measurements, architectural floor plans, and reference photos provided by you.
All data shared with us is used exclusively to prepare customized 2D floor plans, 3D interior/exterior visualizations, and technical working drawings. We communicate directly with you via WhatsApp, email, or telephone regarding drawing reviews, revisions, and consultations.
We respect client privacy. Private homeowner contact information, exact property addresses, and personal security layouts are never sold, rented, or traded to third-party telemarketers or material vendors. We may display anonymized 3D renders or conceptual architectural perspectives in our portfolio unless a client specifically requests a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Our website utilizes direct WhatsApp links (wa.me) for instant communication. When you click our WhatsApp buttons, communication is handled directly under WhatsApp / Meta Privacy Policies. We do not maintain complicated, vulnerable databases; communication remains end-to-end between your personal WhatsApp account and our verified business number.
