IMPORTANT: Zero Degree Design is strictly an Architectural & Interior Design Studio. We provide professional space planning, 2D AutoCAD layouts, photorealistic 3D visualization, reflected ceiling plans, electrical/plumbing drawings, and carpentry working drawings. We do NOT provide civil construction, turnkey interior execution, labor contracting, or material supply. The physical execution of designs is the sole responsibility of the client and their appointed independent contractors.
Clients agree to provide accurate on-site dimensions, ceiling heights, column/beam locations, and utility shaft positions. While our senior architects cross-verify layouts, contractors must verify physical site dimensions prior to fabrication of custom cabinetry or ordering raw materials.
Each design service includes clearly agreed deliverables (AutoCAD DWG, High-Resolution PDF, and 4K photorealistic renders) and defined revision cycles to fine-tune layouts, colors, and textures. Major structural changes requested after complete working drawings are finalized may incur nominal drafting adjustment fees.
All conceptual renderings, architectural schematics, and drawing layouts developed by Zero Degree Design remain the intellectual property of Zero Degree Design. The client is granted a perpetual license to use the drawings solely for the execution of the designated project property.
Our PAN India online design studio provides technical support via telephone, Zoom video calls, and WhatsApp to clarify technical dimensions or drawing interpretations for the client's execution team during work hours.
